Welcome to West Tampa Memorial Post 248
Founded on January 13, 1947, the West Tampa Memorial American Legion Post 248 is a nonpartisan, not-for-profit organization that spearheads numerous programs and activities to strengthen Hillsborough County and the City of Tampa.

New requirements to rent our hall, no exceptions will be made any non confirming to the rules will void your event and can be cancelled on the spot.
- Hand sanitizer provided at the front door.
- Guest occupancy maximum 100
- All tables must have 5 or less guests per round table
- All tables must be a minimum of 6 feet apart from the next set of guests on the next table.
- All guests should wear face masks
- No self service of food all food must be served no buffet or salad bars
- All condiments must be single use. No salt shaker or pepper shakers, mustard and ketchup all single use items.
Here is some additional information about our rates:
- Sunday To Friday Price = $100/hour (plus sales tax)
- Saturday Price = $125/hour (plus sales tax)
- Minimum Hall Booking for 4 Hours. We allow 2 hrs setup and 1 hr to clean up over the 4 hour minimum
- Book our Round Table for $15/hour (requires you to book the Event Hall) (plus sales tax)
- Security Deposit: $250.00 (no sales tax)
- Pay today: $250
- Pay remainder: at least 7 days prior to your booked event
* In order to have your security deposit refunded you must return the hall to us in the condition it was given to you
